I had to check out the Pop Tarts pop up store in Times Square this week (42nd between broadway and 6th). They did a fantastic job, probably the coolest brand extension I’ve ever seen and the place was packed! You could customize your pop tart, buy shirts and souvenirs, there was even a pop tart sushi bar for goodness sake! The NY Times covers the whole thing here. I must give props to the Gigunda Group who put the whole thing on. Not for nothing, but they seriously need to update their website.
