Discovered a little taste of Texas right here in NYC!! Had dinner at Texas Hill Country on Friday night and must admit that it reminded me of Rudy’s, my favorite spot back home. They even serve Blue Bell ice cream, which I loaded up on for dessert! If you’re craving some delicious BBQ up north, this is the place.
