Jason Fried’s TED talk on “Why work doesn’t happen at work”. Interesting stuff…totally agree with Facebook/Youtube/Twitter being the modern day smoke break. Also love the manager comment on why we need offices “if I can’t see them how do I know they’re working”. Hmmmm, how about by their output?!
