I read two amazing suspense novels over break, The Girl Who Played with Fire and Shutter Island. I would highly recommend both (although you should read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo first, as TGWPWF is the follow up book) if you’re looking for a page turning read that will keep your heart rate up.
