On Friday night I had dinner at Union Square Cafe, my boyfriend’s favorite eatery in the city. The food is spectacular, the atmosphere is upscale but unpretentious and the wait staff is beyond friendly. We gushed about this delicious Margaux that we were served, so the waitress taped the label inside a card for us to take home. I LOVE this idea and if I were a wine marketer, I would add this little marketing charm to all the establishments carrying my stock. What a fun little souvenir of our night and a reminder of what to order the next time we come in.
