Crazy Loves Company

I am a 30something single gal living in NYC. This site is a curation of things I love (marketing, travel, shopping, pop culture and photography) with a bit of my life sprinkled in the mix. I hope you find something that piques your interest.

Feel free to drop me a line at stacykfuller@gmail.com.

I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser for the Brooklyn Waldorf School (where my friend Bob sends his kids…sounds like a fantastic curriculum). They hosted a reading by Jonathan Franzen and Jhumpa Lahiri followed by a Q&A moderated by Sean Wilsey. Talk about some literary powerhouses!! I got the ticket mainly for Jhumpa since she’s one of my favorite writers, but was utterly charmed by Franzen and Wilsey. I loved the article Franzen read from, this piece he did in the New Yorker about the illegal hunting of songbirds in the Mediterranean. The night was lovely UNTIL the Q&A ran about 45 min over. You see, I was late for a dinner with a friend in from London and had to jet before they were finished. I tried to discretely leave but the chair broke causing a ruckus that made the entire auditorium turn around and stare at me. Even the writers stopped and called me out on my early exit. Just another day in the life of Stacy Fuller, amazing experience followed by looking like an idiot. View high resolution
