Life lessons I gathered from trapeze class

  1. You can’t let fear get in your way, sometime you have to keep your eyes on the bar and jump with both feet
  2. It’s all about timing and momentum, you can’t force it, when you wait for the right time to make a move it’s so much easier
  3. Listen to your teachers
  4. You have to trust the people that are your lifelines
  5. You can do it, believe in yourself and you can do things you never thought possible
  6. Don’t look down
