Ok, so on to Sunday…I had already planned on spending the day with Al and Zoe. I also had to squeeze in 2 apartment showings during the day. The first showing was in SoHo, so we decided to meet up in that ‘hood for brunch. The apartment was a joke…it actually had a shower in the kitchen!! Right between the stove and the fridge. Can you imagine?! Oh and the floor was actually slanting down. Nightmare. I got out of there but quick and met the girls at The Cupping Room. After brunch I had to run to another showing, not as big a disaster, but the living room could only fit a couch and no bed. Too small in my opinion to actually live in that place.
After the showing the girls and I rented bikes and rode all the way down the hudson park bike path up to Columbia. It was stunning! The ride was so much fun and we got to explore Riverside Park a bit, which is ultra charming and very You’ve Got Mail. We just had a ball. We stopped at Chelsea Pier on the way home for some drinks by the water.
The sunday had everything a girl could ask for, Brunch, Buying (we did a tiny bit of shopping), Biking and Beverages. Perfect Sunday, one that really makes you fall in love with NYC all over again.
