NY Times Article about women & workplace infighting
A colleague of mine just passed this on to all the women in the office. I couldn’t agree more. It reminded me of a women’s luncheon I went to a few years ago. Madeline Albright gave the keynote and participated in a Q&A, when asked what she thought was women’s largest obstacle to equality, she said “other woman”. She went on to say “There’s a special place in hell for woman that don’t support other woman”. Amen sister. I have always prided myself on being a huge advocate for women’s rights, thanks to my amazing mother who thought me the importance of building each other up instead of tearing each other down.
