Best Buy is the WORST company to deal with!!! I spent an hour at the store, waiting in 2 separate lines to finally be told that the TV I wanted was sold out and to start all over again. When I tried to buy the same TV online I was told that the free delivery that my order qualified for didn’t apply to NYC customers.  I did however find the same TV at B&H for $250 cheaper. So maybe some good came out of all this nonsense. I’ll NEVER shop at Best Buy again. PS- B&H rules, you should totally check it out.
