Yesterday Amy & I spent the afternoon wondering around Georgetown. Georgetown is so perfectly charming and became an even bigger gem in my eyes once we discovered Georgetown Cupcake. Actually as we were looking for a lunch spot we spotted an intense line down the block and saw that it led directly to a bakery. You all know I have a cupcake weakness and given the amount of time people were willing to wait for a treat I decided that we had to join the masses and see what it was all about. I have tried cupcakes in every major city across the US and I have to say this joint was a little taste of heaven. The red velvet is the bomb. I’ve decided to come back for my bday this year and Amy promises me bday treats galore from our fav new find.
